The usual timeline
Week 1:
Cancer patient in remission sees cancer doctor (oncologist) at Dubai Health Care City – if suitable blood tests and imaging ordered.
Week 2:
Leukapharesis procedure performed – this painless procedure involves filtering your white blood cells and taking a small sample at a clinic in Dubai Health Care City. Cells are sent to the lab, where they are processed to produce your own unique CVac™ cancer vaccine.
Week 3 - 52:
Injections of cancer vaccine.
