A review of the company's corporate governance framework has been performed in light of best practice recommendations released by the Australian Securities Exchange Corporate Governance Council in March 2003. The Board of Directors has adopted a set of corporate governance practices and a code of conduct appropriate for the size, complexity and operations of the company and its subsidiaries. The ongoing relevance and effectiveness of this framework will be periodically reviewed to reflect changing circumstances.
